Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Bengaluru Heritage - Start your trip in the capital city. Explore the lush greenery of Cubbon Park and visit the spectacular Bangalore Palace or Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace.

Day 2: Hampi’s Ancient Ruins - Take an overnight train or an early morning flight/drive from Bengaluru to Hampi (~6-7 hours by road). Begin exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Vijayanagara Empire, including the iconic Virupaksha Temple and the Vittala Temple with its musical stone pillars.

Day 3: Hampi to Badami – 3.5-hour drive (approx. 140 km) to Badami. On arrival, explore the spectacular rock-cut Badami Cave Temples and nearby Pattadakal (UNESCO site famous for intricate temples).

Day 4: Hoysala Architecture & Transit – Early departure for Mysuru, passing through the historic town of Chitradurga (approx. 7-8 hours total transit time). Take a relaxed evening stroll around Mysuru.

Day 5: Royal Mysuru – Spend the day exploring the breathtaking Mysuru Palace (Amba Vilas) and the hilltop Chamundeshwari Temple. In the evening, witness the illuminated Brindavan Gardens.

Day 6: Wildlife Safari in Kabini – 2.5-hour drive (approx. 80 km) south to Kabini / Nagarhole National Park. Embark on an evening jungle safari or a serene boat safari along the Kabini River to spot elephants, tigers, and diverse birdlife.

Day 7: Departure via Shravanabelagola – Head back toward Bengaluru (approx. 4-5 hours) or Mysuru for your departure. En route, stop at Shravanabelagola to marvel at the towering monolithic statue of Lord Bahubala.
